FAQs for Boat Rentals

  • We accept all major credit cards.

  • Deposits are refunded within 3–7 business days after the rental is returned and inspected. If repairs are required, the deposit would be held until all repairs are complete.

  • No, all fees are clearly disclosed during booking.

  • Yes, discounted rates are available for weekly or monthly rentals.

  • Rentals can be picked up at 724 E Scenic St, Apache Junction, AZ 85119

  • Bring a valid ID, confirmation email, auto insurance or binder, and payment method.

  • Yes, someone else can pick up or drop off your rental on your behalf. Please let us know in advance if someone else will be handling the pick-up or drop-off, and provide their name. When they arrive, we’ll need to verify their identity with a driver’s license before proceeding with the check-out or check-in process.

  • If the rental is returned late, a late fee plus the cost of normal rental rates for each day the unit is late will be added.

  • Purchasing an After-Hour Drop-Off allows you to return the unit after the store has closed. However, please note that pickups can only be made during our regular business hours, which are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Contact us immediately with photos and a description of the damage.

  • Cancelations made more than 24 hours prior to your reservation, you will receive 100% of your rental fee and security deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are non-refundable, though the security deposit will be returned.
